Check Email
About 2 weeks before (if time allows) I will be emailing you a welcome packet and some questionnaires to fill out before we get started. Please fill these out as completely as possible before our first meeting. We will go over these at our kickoff call.
Schedule
Next, we will schedule a kickoff call (I try to do these about 1-2 weeks before the scheduled VIP day if possible) Here we will spend about an hour going over any questions & creating our plan.Also Have your top priorities ready!
VIP Day
On the VIP day, you will need to be available by phone or zoom during my work hours so that you can review any designs so that any decisions or refinements can be made promptly to make the best use of our time together.
Wrap Up
At the end of our time for the day, we can jump on a quick Zoom and go over any details of the completed work. I can answer any questions and go over any instructions or next steps. I am also available for 2 weeks following via VOXER free of charge for any follow-up questions.
